The moisture measuring system, MoistureScan, from Döscher & Döscher measures the water content continuously throughout the entire production process. With the dual microwave technique, the system automatically compensates for changes in material compaction, material thickness and temperature.

MoistureScan XT makes continuous moisture measuring possible during production conditions. This system collects all necessary data and makes it available to the process control operator. Minimum calibrations, high measuring accuracy and long-term stability make the MoistureScan a reliable control device. The SensorHead is installed through a containment wall and the water content is measured directly in the product stream. MoistureScan makes accurate processing and reliable quality assurance possible - which leads to optimum economic value by preventing expensive production, over-drying, stops, rejections and complaint costs.

As a special service, Döscher & Döscher offers timely online support for the measuring instruments. Using remote diagnostic Software, support & maintenance work can be accomplished online from their Hamburg headquarters.
